Hi Friends! I thought it would be nice to sit down and catch up on stuff that’s been going on recently…hence the title 😉
As I am writing this I am not feeling the best-congested, coughing, cold. Basically, a freakin’ delight. We got some manuka honey to help me combat the cough at least so I’ve been chugging that down with my hot lemon water.
I still workout even though I haven’t posted anything workout related in who knows how long? I’m still working out 4 days a week anywhere from 30-90 minutes depending on how I’m feeling. I’m also still loving weights, machines, cardio, pilates, bands…I think you get the point!
I’ve been really loving naps! I didn’t think I was a nap person, but there’s nothing quite like napping during the weekend. I’m getting old or maybe reverting back to being 5 years old, either way I’m fine with it as long as I get to nap 😅
I love snacks, but recently I feel like I live off snacks. I just want a little bit of everything and haven’t been feeling super meal oriented. Sometimes it’s grapes or tomatoes or carrots and other times it’s plantain chips or chocolate pretzels. You know now looking at that nap situation and this snacking situation I am more and more convinced I must be Peter Pan…
Keeping my makeup simple has been kinda nice. I either wear no make up besides doing my brows a bit or I do some concealer and mascara…very rarely eyeliner and call it good!
