Welcome to another What I Eat in a Day 🙂 This is one from during the week. I tend to eat “cleaner” during the week and save my sweets and stuff for the weekend. I don’t do it on purpose and if I end up eating a cookie during the week it’s no biggie, but in my life it just works out that way and I’m pretty happy with it!
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, potatoes, kale, tomatoes and a couple of pieces of smoked salmon. I’ve been hungrier recently so consciously adding a little extra protein here and there has been helping keep me fuller for a little longer!
Lunch: Grilled chicken and cheese sammy on a protein bagel with kale and tomatoes, potatoes. I love to use up whatever veggies I make or have throughout the day. It saves me time and no waste!
Dinner: Barilla protein pasta with sauce and cheese and roasted broccoli
Dessert: Chocolate covered almonds. O.M.G are these so good and addictive! It’s great for that post dinner sweet tooth or if you need a chocolate fix.
